Refund & Returns Policy

At Nostryx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our returns and refunds process simple and straightforward. This policy outlines how to return products, the conditions for returns, applicable fees, and how refunds are processed.

1. General Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for all products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and materials.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered unless they were defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Any original tags or labels should be intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@nostryx.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Make sure to include the RMA number. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  1. Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

3. Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
  • Custom orders or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@nostryx.com. Provide your order number and detailed information about the issue (including pictures if possible).

We will provide a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged products and will either:

  • Offer a replacement free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Refunds Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeframe: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned damaged, missing components, or in a used condition, we may issue a partial refund.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at hello@nostryx.com.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@nostryx.com. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
